Low Calorie DietA recent study by scientists at Newcastle University shows that people suffering with Type 2 Diabetes can reverse their condition and they do not have to go through this debilitating condition lifelong. The Type 2 Diabetes is strongly linked to obesity.

So, in order to fight obesity, people need to do some calorie counting and follow specific diet plans. These research findings were presented at the American Diabetes Association Conference.
